High voltage customers have additional obligations compliant with The Blue Book and section 9 of the Victorian Electricity Distributors Service and Installation Rules.
HV customer isolation requests
This information applies to new or existing customers connecting to United Energy’s High Voltage Network (i.e., 11 kV, 22 kV or 66 kV) in accordance with the Victorian Electricity Distributors Service and Installation Rules
Existing HV customers wanting to arrange HV Isolation can do so our online form.
Note: HV isolation applications need to be submitted at least 30 working days prior to the required isolation date.
